A NOTE ON AUDITS: We uphold the highest standards of due diligence and are entirely comfortable conducting comprehensive audits to support acquisitions or meet lender requirements. However, Adam + Partners does not conduct Statutory Audits. This requirement, foisted on companies, changes the advisor’s role and sets them apart from the client. When a client appoints an Auditor (typically a Top 50 firm) we remain part of the process – in an advisory role.
